Beef Stew

2 pounds cubed beef chuck
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4-1/2 flour (depending on how thick you like your broth)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups beff broth
half garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
4 sliced carrots
2 chopped onions
1 rib celery, sliced
3 diced potatoes

toss meat in the crock
mix the flour, salt, peper and paprika together and then stir it into the meat until the meat is really coated.
put the rest of the stuff in and mix it well.
put the lid on and cook on low for 10-12 hrs or high for 4-6 hrs.
make sure you stir it before you serve it.
makes 6 servings.
goes really good with homemade sourdough bread.
