BBQ Beef

First, throw in a roast, some diced onions and a cup or so of water. Let it cook on low all day until the meat is done. While the sauce is cooking, drain it, shred the beef and put it back in the crockpot.

Next, make the sauce:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cube of margarine

Simmer the above for 10 minutes then add:

1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (can be found on condiment aisle)

Simmer for 10 more minutes then pour over your beef.
