Crock Pot Apple Cider

Our stove has been broken the last few days and so we've been missing one of the main parts of the holiday for me, the smell of Mulled Apple Cider wafting through the house. So I've been looking for ways to replicate that using the Crock Pot. Here's the best recipe I've come up with

1 gallon Apple Cider
12 Whole cloves
3 3-inch cinnamon sticks
2 Whole nutmegs
2 Chunks crystalized ginger

Just dump all ingredients in slow cooker. Heat on high for 2 hours, and turn to low to keep warm until ready to serve.
